D’Orazio Foods, based in Bellmawr, New Jersey, is currently recalling 161,000 pounds of frozen stuffed food. The products were shipped to distribution centers and stores before inspectors could analyze them for food safety issues. Those frozen foods affected by the recall include an establishment number “Est. 20146″ along with a “best if used by date.” They come in 25-ounce bags and include products such as various types of ravioli. They were shipped to centers in various states. A routine food safety inspection revealed the problem, that the item was produced when FSIS inspection personnel were not there, according to news reports.
